​By completing your booking, you agree to the terms of our pet policy:

 

1. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred by pets.

 

2. We allow up to 2 dogs that:

•are older than 2 years old

•are non-aggressive

•are up to date on all relevant vaccines, are housebroken

•do not bark excessively

 

3. Pet clean fee is $50, collected directly through your reservation.

 

4. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We provide towels for wiping their feet during times when it is rainy/snowy. We also provide dog food/water bowls.

 

5. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the house unattended and must be taken with you or placed in a kennel anytime you leave the house.

 

6. You must be outside with your dogs (on a leash or under voice command), and you agree not to leave them tethered or tied up outside unattended. Be aware that we have a high amount of wildlife in this area.

 

7. Pick up and discard any waste into the large garbage bin. Disposable doggie bags are provided.
