Booking Process
Step 1: Submit a Booking Request
Please complete our booking request form, letting us know you'd like to book with the following information:

Total number of guests (our permit limits us to 8)

We will review your request within 24-48 hours with availability and a pricing quote.

Step 2: Receive Your Custom Quote
Receiving your custom quote and contract

We use a dynamic pricing system, so rates may vary based on demand and timing.

Your quote and dates will be locked in for 24 hours.

If you wait beyond this window, we cannot guarantee your dates.
Step 3: Secure Your Reservation
To confirm your booking, within 24 hours you'll need to:

Pay the required deposit (details provided in your quote)

Submit the following documentation:

Signed rental agreement
-
Photo ID of the primary renter (must match the person signing)

Full names of all guests 18 years of age or older

Emergency contact information

If full payment is not received by the date on your quote, your reservation will be considered canceled and follow our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. here is our cancellation policy for direct bookings:

Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in

50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in

No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip.
